We are located on the third floor of 10601 Southport Road SW, in suite 335. Our office is inside the office of Optimum Perinatal Health. Parking is available on the surface lot and is free of charge.
When you enter the clinic, please check-in with reception. If there is no receptionist available, please have a seat in the waiting room and your therapist will contact you at your appointment time.
